At UptimeBunny (operated by RxDoctor), we value your privacy and give you complete control over your account and personal data. If you wish to delete your account or wipe associated data, you can do so directly from within the app or by submitting a web deletion request.
1. How to Request Account & Data Deletion
Option A: In-App Immediate Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the UptimeBunny mobile app on your Android device.
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to Settings > Account Management.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your request.
- Your account and all associated monitor history will be immediately deleted.
Option B: Web / Email Request
If you no longer have access to the mobile app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team:
Web and email requests are processed within 48 hours.
2. Data Types That Are Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently wiped from our server databases:
- Account Profile: Your registered email address, password hash, user ID, and auth tokens.
- Monitor Configurations: All configured website, server, API, and port targets.
- Historical Metrics & Logs: All uptime check history, response latency logs, incident reports, SLA statistics, and alert logs.
- Notification Tokens: All associated push notification tokens (Expo / Firebase Cloud Messaging) and integration configurations (Telegram chat IDs, email notification settings).
3. Data Retained & Retention Period
When an account is deleted:
- Immediate Purge: All personal data, monitor targets, credentials, and historical logs are deleted immediately from active databases.
- Backups & Logs: Secure automated database backups retain encrypted snapshots for up to 30 days strictly for disaster recovery, after which they are permanently overwritten and erased.
- Legal Compliance: No personal data is retained unless required by applicable financial or legal regulatory obligations (e.g. payment invoice records for subscription purchases).
